all the tears mi shed turned into a lake, and mi could not swim.
If mi could tell you all the secrets of the world mi would. What is hidden behind mi questioning eyes.
If mi could explain why it is that mi act the way mi do mi would. If mi could tell you why mi did all that mi did and why mi do all what mi do.
But mi can't. All of this is a mystery. All of myself is a mystery and so are you. All of you is a mystery, an enigma. mi wish mi could look inside your heart and see where you hide. What you really, truly desire. mi wish we could both enter and hold and give each other what we desire.
You hang onto your life vest, obstinately, you cling to your pathetic illusions, and so do mi. We drown in negativity. mi drink portions of bitterness, crying mi fake tears. But why? mi don't know. Time and time again mi asked miself. And mi never knew.
